Terms for using Choicer Voicer voice tools and services.
Using the service
You must have the necessary rights and consent for every voice, audio file, video, image, and text you upload. Do not impersonate another person, mislead audiences, violate privacy, or use the service for unlawful or harmful activity.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access secure. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, rights holders, or the service.
Content and rights
You retain rights in eligible original content you provide. You give Choicer Voicer the limited permission needed to process that content and return the requested result.
Availability
Features may change, pause, or fail. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that generated output will be suitable for every purpose.
Payments
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions processed securely by Stripe. The checkout page shows the price, billing period, and renewal terms before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage your payment method, invoices, plan, and cancellation through the Stripe billing portal.
